READY TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY
The CHSA is a parent-led group, which organises social events and fun activities for pupils, parents and staff throughout the year. We aim to foster the school’s sense of community and to raise funds to purchase those extra items and experiences. The things which may not be a direct academic necessity but improve the learning environment and enrich the education of our children. In recent years this has included performances put on in the school by visiting theatre companies, the provision of drone equipment and a 3D printer, a dance workshop, wellbeing baskets, production equipment and the Science Magician Workshop.
GET INVOLVED
We run a variety of regular events including a Summer Fete, Christmas Bazaar, and Summer Ball and we operate a second-hand uniform shop.
There are lots of ways to get involved – and it is a great way to stay close to the school and meet other parents. It is hugely rewarding to see the life of Colchester Prep & High School grow richer as a result.
