READY TO TAKE THEIR FIRST STEPS
Our wonderful Nursery, offers a welcoming environment where your child will develop, flourish and become a happy, confident and independent learner.
Pupils join our Caterpillars class from 2 years old. They proceed into our Pre-Reception class in the September one year prior to Reception. It is anticipated that all children who join our Nursery will transition into Reception and then continue upwards into Year 1 and beyond.

OUR APPROACH
OUR NURSERY IS AN INTRINSIC PART OF THE SCHOOL
Our Nursery children regularly participate in whole school assemblies, productions, speech day, sports day, as well as enjoying mixed playtimes with Reception.
This integration with the rest of the school is important as it helps to develop social skills and independence and enables a smooth transition into Reception.
FEES
CHILDREN CAN ATTEND EITHER MORNING OR FULL DAY SESSIONS
To ensure your child is able to take full advantage of our approach to teaching and learning in Nursery, we recommend they attend for a minimum of six sessions per week during the core term time for our Caterpillars, increasing to full time in the year prior to their joining Reception (Butterflies). There is no minimum requirement during the holidays.
It is anticipated that all children who join Nursery will complete the Early Years curriculum with us in Reception and then continue upwards into Year 1 and beyond.
A full day is considered as 2 sessions. Afternoon only sessions are not available.

JOIN US FOR AN OPEN DAY
